The Taoyuan Airport MRT A1 Taipei Main Station is finally ready, and with this cool in-town check-in service.
On 16 February 2017, Taoyuan International Airport has rolled out a new initiative to minimize pre-departure time for travellers. The general procedure requires them to arrive at the airport, two to three hours prior to their flight, to check in their luggages and reserve their seats. For an enjoyable and hassle-free journey, the airport has introduced three new check-in methods for visitors.
With In-town Check-in Services, travellers can complete their pre-departure information and unload their baggages in downtown Taipei at the newly launched Taoyuan MRT Airport A1 station. The baggages will be transported directly to their designated flight via the same train line.

There is an error in the text: if a flight departs at 12 pm, then the latest check-in has to be 3 hours beforehand, i.e. at 9 pm.
Presumably, the text should have referred to 12 noon. (Both 12 pm and the possible but never used 12 am are midnight!)
